Port Chester Teen Caught Driving With Stolen License Plate In Greenwich, Police Say An 18-year-old teen was busted for driving with a stolen plate and other charges after being stopped for not having a front license plate. Kevin Samayoa-Ramirez of Port Chester was arrested Sunday after Greenwich Police noticed the car he was driving did not have a front license plate, said Greenwich Police.  During the stop, officers discovered Samayoa-Ramirez was driving with a stolen license plate and did not have a driver's license, police said. Westchester Motorist With No Insurance Faces Drunk Driving Charge A 46-year-old Northern Westchester man nabbed in Fairfield County for allegedly driving without insurance was also charged with driving drunk. Christopher Evers, of North Salem, was stopped around 1:20 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, on Route 7 in the area of Blue Ridge Road for failing to display registration, said the Wilton Police Department. During the stop, Evers was found to be driving a Toyota minivan with an expired NY temporary plate and no insurance. Upon speaking with Evers he displayed signs of impairment suspected to be resulting from alcohol, police said.  Evers was placed into custody…
