Dylan Caminade, 10, and his sister Anette, 6, were at the Rye Free Reading Room Monday afternoon learning to write calligraphy as part of a four-week summer workshop sponsored by the library's Auxiliary Board.
"It's beautiful and artistic, and it's fun to share it with the kids," said the instructor Mary Jackson.
