WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A multi-vehicle accident on northbound I-95 in Rye caused heavy delays Tuesday morning.
The accident, between Post Road and Midland Avenue (Exit 22), was reported at 7:35 a.m.
An earlier accident also led to tieups on eastbound I-287 at Exit 8W (Bloomingdale Road) in White Plains.
