As the city continues a transformative downtown revitalization effort, New Rochelle officials have reached an agreement to “dramatically transform” downtown with the development of a new 24-story luxury hotel that will be the first of its kind in the lower Hudson Valley. The New Rochelle Planning Board approved the development of the TRYP Hotel by Wyndham, which will be the largest hotel constructed in Westchester in two decades.
