Man Arrested For Making Online Terror Threats In Hudson Valley A 38-year-old man has been charged with making terroristic threats for allegedly threatening to kill employees at the Rockland County Clerk's Office, according to Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe. Two Hudson Valley Teens Charged With Making Terror Threats Two 15-year-old teens were charged with making terroristic threats and falsely reporting an incident after posting threats against schools in Port Jervis.
