Crash Blocks Lane On Taconic; Tractor-Trailer Slams Into Bridge On Hutch This story has been updated. Commuters had a slow go of it on three of the major roadways in the area Thursday morning. A crash blocked the left lane on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway. The crash, reported just before 8 a.m. in Mount Pleasant, resulted in stopped traffic at the scene and stop-and-go delays to Pleasantville Road. There were residual delays on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway in Rye Brook after a tractor-trailer, driving illegally on the park, hit an overpass before dawn.
