A smoke shop in Westchester County was shut down after allegedly selling unpermitted products containing THC to juveniles, police said. The smoke shop establishment, located in Yonkers at 2B Main St. in Getty Square, was shut down after the city's smoke shop task force executed a search warrant and inspected the business, Yonkers Police announced on Friday, April 7. Over 100 Violations Under Investigation At Property In Hudson Valley
The investigation into a fire that left several people trapped - including a 2-year-old child - led to the issuance of more than 100 violations to a Hudson Valley real estate agency. On Wednesday, March 9 in Rockland County, a fire broke out inside an apartment on the 7th floor inside the building at 101 Kennedy Drive in Spring Valley, resulting in multiple people being trapped inside, officials said. Building Condemned After Fire Displaces 35 Greenburgh Residents
A total of 35 people have been displaced following a fire that broke out at a multiple-unit building late Friday afternoon in Westchester. There were no injuries reported in the blaze at 172 Saw Mill River Road in Elmsford Road, according to Greenburgh Police Chief Chris McNerney. The building is across from Casa Building Products.
