Walkway Over The Hudson Holding Annual Holiday Celebration POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The Walkway over the Hudson is having a holiday celebration today that includes a visit from Santa, hot cocoa, cookies and refreshments.  The elevator will only be open and assessable through upper landing park for visitors to view fireworks. Admission is complementary for walkway members, non-members will cost $5.
