DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. - More than 3,000 people filled Dobbs Ferry's Waterfront Park Thursday for a day of fun and fireworks to celebrate Independence Day.
Rivertowns residents joined visitors from various Westchester communities and as far as New Jersey and New York City for the event. Hundreds packed the Metro-North trains and exited at the Dobbs Ferry station to spend the day at the Hudson River shore.
