Hastings Window Painting Contest Winners Announced

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – After washing brushes and tallying the votes, the Hastings Parks and Recreation Department has announced the winners of the Halloween Window Painting Contest held Sunday.  More than 100 people participated in the contest, which had family, single and team divisions. Check out the photo gallery to see some of the spooky works of art or visit the Hasting Parks and Recreation Facebook page to see all 119 paintings.  Here’s who took the top spots:

Family – The Jobes Family Singles third and fourth grade – Jake Hansen Singles fifth and sixth grade – Bryan Stevens Singles seventh and eighth grade – Emily Stevens Teams third and fourth grade – Kimberly Rosner and Caroline Rosner Teams fifth and sixth grade – Kyle Ryan and Alex Weitzman Teams seventh and eighth grade – Eva Finkelstein and Janey Litvin
