At about 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, police received a call regarding an incident in New Rochelle in an apartment at 55 Clinton Place. On Wednesday, Dec. 28, around 12:30 p.m., police in Cortlandt were told by the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center that a stolen vehicle was in the area.
