Police: Orange County Bank Robbery Suspect Recently Released From Prison An alleged Orange County bank robbery suspect who took police on a wild chase on Thursday afternoon after sticking up a Port Jervis bank was released from prison earlier this month, according to police. Officers from the Port Jervis Police Department were dispatched to the TD Bank branch location on East Main Street at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, where there was a report of a robbery in progress.
