In Orange County, Fernando Ehrhardt, age 51, of New York City, was arraigned on criminal tax fraud and related charges in the Town of New Windsor Court on Thursday, May 30. According to prosecutors, Ehrhardt worked at several dental practices in Orange County between 2016 and 2020. Orange County resident, Christopher Johnson, age 32, of the city of Newburgh, was arrested on Thursday, July 6, following an investigation by the New York State Police, the City of Newburgh Police Department, and the Orange County District Attorney’s office, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Area Woman Stopped On I-87 Drove Drunk With BAC Twice Legal Limit, Police Say A traffic stop on the New York Thruway led to the arrest of an area woman who was allegedly driving with a  blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit, state police said. Troopers in Orange County stopped Harriman resident Heather MacMahon, 50, at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5, in New Windsor when she committed several vehicle and traffic violations.
