Two Hospitalized In Ramapo Crash Police in Rockland County issued 32 moving violations and tickets after policing a roadway that had attracted the concern of area residents and local officials.  Ramapo Police conducted the traffic detail on Wednesday, Sept. 23 on Route 202 near Spook Rock Road.  Serious accidents have been occurring recently on that stretch of the road, said police.
