Man Charged With Making Child Sex Tapes In Hudson Valley, Police Say A 23-year-old man has been charged with allegedly meeting a minor in the Hudson Valley for sex and for having sexually-explicit tapes of minors. Richard Rosa, was arrested in Orange County on Tuesday, April 25 in Wallkill following an investigation that found he met an underage female with the intent to engage in sexual relations, said Lt. Robert McLymore, of the Wallkill Police.
