Dollar Tree CEO Gary Philbin announced the plans on Wednesday, which will include renovating some locations to sell alcohol and $1 Dollar Tree merchandise sections. Christian Winner, 49, remained held in the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing on possession of child pornography charges following a raid on his Larch Avenue home.
