Busy Roadway In Hudson Valley Reopens After Serious Crash This story has been updated. A stretch of a busy roadway in Northern Westchester has now reopened after a serious crash. The closure on Route 117 in Chappaqua was in both directions by Kathleen Lane near the Mount Kisco border, according to New Castle Police. The crash happened at around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5. At around 4:45 p.m., New Castle Police announce the roadway reopened. Details on possible injuries have not yet been released.
