Tinted Window Violation Leads To Felony Drug Arrest For Woman In Hudson Valley Dark tinted windows and a suspended license led to an alleged drug arrest for a Northern Westchester woman. Peekskill resident Maya Jean-Louis, age 21, was stopped on East Main Street in Yorktown on Tuesday, Aug. 16 for excessively tinted windows. After a DMV check, officers found her license was suspended. During an investigation, the department's K-9 indicated the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle, the Yorktown Police said. Timothy Schleede, age 30, of Lake Katrine, in Ulster County, pled guilty to one count of distribution of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute on Friday, Oct. 22, according to US Attorney Carla B. Freedman. Alert Issued For Woman Wanted In Area Sheriff's deputies are searching for a woman wanted in the Hudson Valley for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.  Katlyn M. Falgiano, 29, last lived in Dutchess County on Beekman Road in Hopewell Junction, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Department. Police said she stands at 5-foot-4, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.  Those with knowledge of Falgiano's whereabouts are asked to contact the Putnam County Sheriff's Department at 845-225-4300.

The Clarkstown Police Department issued an alert regarding 39-year-old Don Thaler, who is wanted on charges that include possession of a controlled substance. His last known address was in Haverstraw. Police described Thaler as a 5-foot-7 man with black hair and blue eyes.
