Wesley Hills Man Charged With DWI After One-Car Crash

RAMAPO, N.Y. -- A 35-year-old Wesley Hills man is facing felony charges after crashing his car in the village Tuesday, Ramapo police said.

The unnamed man was driving on Grandview Avenue around 8:30 a.m. when he apparently missed a yield sign and drove off the road, police said.

He was arrested at the scene and charged with felony driving while intoxicated because of “previous convictions,” police said.

He was arraigned and taken to the Rockland County Jail where he is awaiting a court date.
