Ramapo Police Respond To Over 100 Calls For Help

RAMAPO. N.Y. -- Ramapo police gave assistance in response to 107 incidents on Saturday.

The incidents included nine medical emergencies, 19 alarm activations and seven fire calls, according to officials.

Two arrests were made, both on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, police report.

Ramapo police also investigated three motor vehicle accidents on Saturday.

One of the accidents, which occurred in Hillcrest, involved injuries, according to officials.

The other two accidents, which took place in the villages of Wesley Hills and Chestnut Ridge, involved property damage only, police report.
