Abraham Breuer, 39, was first spotted by an officer around 11:30 a.m. in the Village of New Square as he passed another vehicle on a double yellow line, police said.

Breuer then continued speeding and made a right turn without stopping, increased his speed, speeding past a juvenile pedestrian, police said.

He then approached another intersection, turning right, ignoring both the stop sign and pedestrians and went on to run another stop sign and pass a stopped school bus, police added.

Breuer only stopped after he noticed the police unit behind him, police said.
