The body of a black male in his 40s or 50s was discovered at 21 Memorial Park Drive on Saturday afternoon.

The man, who may have been homeless, was found lying on the ground with one foot in a stream. He was holding an empty water jug, News 12 said.

The body was taken by the Rockland County Medical Examiner's Office and an autopsy was completed, News 12 said.
