CHESTNUT RIDGE, N.Y. – Ramapo police are investigating an early Tuesday morning car accident in which a driver was injured in Chestnut Ridge, according to lohud.com.
The driver was trying to navigate the turn at the corner of Scotland Hill Road and Scotland Road and hit a tree around 5 a.m., lohud.com said.
Firefighters had to remove a door and cut through the roof of the car to remove the man, reported lohud.com.
He was taken to a local hospital, lohud.com noted.
