NEW HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. -- A woman was injured this morning after her car slammed into a school bus and two parked cars before running into a New Hempstead house Friday, Nov. 6, according to lohud.com.

Ramapo police said the driver allegedly ran a stop sign at the corner of Southgate Drive and Redford Place and hit the bus, which did not have any children aboard. The car then veered across a yard, hit two parked cars, before crashing into the side of a house on Southgate Drive, reported lohud.com.

The woman driving the car received minor injuries and was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, said lohud.com.
