RAMAPO, N.Y. -- An ongoing contract dispute with the Ramapo Teacher's Association has raised tensions in the Ramapo Central School District, according to lohud.com.

The showdown was a rare display of discord in the high-performing district of 4,950 students, lohud.com said.
