A multi-vehicle crash on northbound I-684 caused stop-and-go delays Tuesday during the evening commute.
The 5:45 p.m. crash, at Route 35 (Exit 6) in Katonah, resulted in stop-and-go traffic near the scene and delays stretching back to Route 172 (Exit 4) in Bedford.
