Trio Nabbed In Hudson Valley With Illegal Gun After Dispute, Cops Say Three men were charged with alleged possession of an illegal handgun after a dispute in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Orange County in the village of Maybrook around 1 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5. The gun was discovered after the town of Montgomery Police responded to Rakov Road in Maybrook for a reported dispute with a gun, said Chief John Hank of the Montgomery Police. Rape: Hudson Valley Duo Charged In Pair Of Attacks Two men from the region have been charged with the rape of two women at the same home. The incidents took place in Ulster County on Saturday, July 15, at a home in the town of Shawangunk.  An investigation revealed that Ulster County resident Ronald Paul Dean, age 26, of the hamlet of Wallkill, sexually assaulted an individual at the home, said New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel. Port Jervis resident Justin White, 30, was sentenced in Orange County Court to 16 years in prison after previously pleading guilty to robbery and rape, the District Attorney’s Office announced.
