Ulster County resident, Derek S. Threat To Area High School Deemed 'Not Credible,' Police Say A threat of violence at an area high school has been deemed to be "not credible," according to police. Word of the threat at Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School was provided around 9:21 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 to the Town of Hyde Park Police, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson. According to Benson, someone posted a picture on social media of a bathroom wall at FDR stating there was going to be a shooting tomorrow. Father, Son Duo Nabbed For Using Stolen Debit Card A father and son duo were nabbed for allegedly using a stolen debit card taken from a man's vehicle. Lawrence Wilson Sr., 42 and Lawrence Wilson Jr., 23, both of Monticello, were arrested on Friday, Nov. 30, and charged with forgery, two counts of criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny, said Lt. Knife-Wielding Woman Nabbed In Area Gas Station Robbery, Police Say A knife-wielding woman who allegedly robbed a Danbury gas station was nabbed through video surveillance, police said. Elizabeth Saparato, 30, of Danbury, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the armed robbery that took place around 7:47 p.m. July 4th at the Exxon gas station on North Main Street, said  Danbury Police Det.
