Four Store Clerks Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minors In State Police Detail
Four store clerks in the Hudson Valley are facing charges for selling booze to minors during an underage drinking detail conducted by New York State Police.
On Friday, July 3, New York State Police troopers in Wappinger conducted the underage drinking detail in 24 locations in Dutchess County, leading to citations being issued to employees at four convenience stores.
Those charged are:

State Police made visits to 20 stores during an underage drinking detail in Westchester.
The following establishments which serve alcoholic beverages were visited and all businesses were in compliance refusing to sell alcohol to the underage agent.
