The incident took place in Ulster County around 5:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 30 in the town of Rochester. State Police found the victim on the ground bleeding from the head after responding to a call for an injured man in the parking lot of 22 Main St., said Trooper Steven Nevel. Police responded to a report of a burglary at a home in Ulster County on State Route 209 in the Town of Rochester at about 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, according to New York State Police. Investigators found that a 2012 Audi A4, a television, and a computer were missing from the home. Six Dutchess Residents Who May Have Had Contact With Ulster Covid-19 Patient Isolated Six Dutchess County residents who may have had contact with the middle-aged Ulster man who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been isolated, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro said. The Ulster man, a resident of the Town of Rochester, became the first person in county to test COVID-19 positive, it was announced on Sunday, March 8. He and a family member are both in mandatory isolation.
