Town Installs Cameras At Hudson Valley Park To Help Fend Off Property Damage A town government in the Hudson Valley has installed high-resolution cameras at one of its favorite parks after what started out as youthful vandalism such as graffiti that could easily be painted over progressed to gang signs and heavy damage to property. The incidents took place in Dutchess County in the town of Pleasant Valley at the Mill Site and Memorial Park. Yorktown Green Project Proposed Featuring 150 Apartments, Mixed-Use Building One of the most prominent vacant commercial sites in Northern Westchester could be getting a multi-million dollar facelift to transform it into a massive mixed-use building. A proposal to transform Yorktown Green into a mixed-use development featuring 150 apartments, ground-level retail locations, and a new supermarket was introduced to the Town Board this week to much fanfare.
