Those charged include: Dutchess County On Friday, April 19, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Robert J. Fluri, 55, of Fishkill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Wappinger, when he was stopped for an interview regarding his role in a dispute in the Viscount parking lot. Carmel Man, 40, Charged With DWI In Main Street Brewster Stop Nearly two dozen motorists were removed from the roadway by New York State Police troopers recently for alleged impaired drivers. Local residents charged:  Dutchess County On Friday, April 12, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Sharon Y. Eady, 52, of Poughkeepsie, for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a felony.
