The incident happened just before noon on Sunday, Aug. 25 at a residence on a cul-de-sac in Syosset. Hudson Valley Man Charged After Firing Shotgun At Car Following Dispute A Hudson Valley man was charged with menacing after allegedly firing a shotgun at a car following a dispute. The incident occurred in Rockland County in Tomkins Cove on Thursday, Feb. 15, on West Shore Drive. According to Lt.
