Putnam County Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence Task Force Launched
Officers with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department have initiated a domestic and sexual violence task force. Numerous organizations and law enforcement agencies, including New York State Police, the Child Advocacy Center of Putnam County, the County Probation Department and the Kent, Carmel, Cold Spring and Brewster Police Departments, worked together to assist with the launching of the task force, which is the latest initiative from Putnam Northern Westchester Women’s Resource Center.
