Racial Slur Found On Bathroom Wall Of Hudson Valley Elementary School, Officials Say School officials in a Hudson Valley district are investigating after a racial epithet was found written in a bathroom at an elementary school. The incident occurred in Rockland County in Valley Cottage at Liberty Elementary School on Thursday, Nov. 2.
