The first crash took place around 8:30 a.m., Thursday, March 4, in Briarcliff Manor when a vehicle stopped on Route 9A on the Route 100 overpass causing a second vehicle to hit a guardrail, and then a third car hit the second vehicle, said the Briarcliff Manor Police. No one was injured in the crash. But minutes later with traffic backed up from the crash, another two-vehicle crash took place when a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle, police said. New York State Police troopers out of Troop K in Northern Westchester have issued an alert as they attempt to locate the owner of the iPad that was recently found. Police said that the iPad was located on Route 100 in the Town of Somers, and its owner has not yet come to claim it. Anyone who has information regarding the missing iPad, or believes it could be theirs, has been asked to contact State Police in Northern Westchester by calling (914) 769-2600 to leave a message for Trooper Thomas Charko.
