Police: Armed Teen Who Threatened Girlfriend Apprehended In Area A Northern Westchester teen who was threatening his girlfriend, and was originally thought to have abducted the woman and a child, has been arrested on a probation violation charge. Man Caught Stealing Credit Cards From Vehicle In Area, Police Say A 33-year-old man was arrested for stealing credit cards out of a vehicle and using at least one, according to the East Fishkill Police.Matthew Smith, who has no known address, was arrested Monday after East Fishkill police received a report of the theft of credit cards from a vehicle, police said. Within a short time frame, it was determined that one of the stolen credit cards had been used at a couple of local gas stations.
