At approximately 7:10 p.m. Saturday, April 6, Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Christopher Irwin observed a vehicle commit traffic violations on Route 22 in  Southeast, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. The New York State Department of Transportation announced that lane closures have been scheduled on weekdays beginning on Monday, Aug. 27 and through October from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. between Montgomery Avenue in Eastchester and Scarsdale Boulevard, in the village. The New York State Department of Transportation announced on Monday that overnight transport of oversize loads from the Capital Region to the Hudson Valley is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 15.
