Man Accused Of Menacing 18-Year-Old Woman With Pistol After Crash In Cold Spring
A 52-year-old man is facing criminal charges after police said he brandished a gun following a car crash in the Hudson Valley. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened June 17 on Route 9D in the village of Cold Spring. According to investigators, an 18-year-old Cold Spring woman was driving south on Route 9D near the Breakneck Tunnel when she passed a vehicle in front of her. Women Charged With Permitting Minors To Have Alcohol During July 4th Party
A pair of women have been charged with permitting minors to have alcohol after police say they broke up a July 4th party in Fairfield County. Police say they responded to the residence on Lambert Road in New Canaan at around 11:45 p.m. Sunday after receiving a report of a possible party with loud music playing. A subsequent investigation determined that youths present had consumed alcohol, said New Canaan PD Lieutenant Jason Ferraro. Man Accused Of Groping 11-Year-Old, Sharing Porn With 16-Year-Old In Area
A pair of investigations into alleged sexual assault led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man who allegedly had inappropriate contact with two minors, groping one of them and sharing porn with another. It is alleged that last year, Roger Wong, of Monticello, inappropriately touched an 11-year-old girl in Monticello, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office. In the Town of Thompson, he is also allegedly sent inappropriate pictures to a 16-year-old girl through a text message. Man Harassed Yorktown Officer 32 Times, Police Say
A 51-year-old Peekskill man was arrested and charged after police say he left 32 harassing messages for a police officer. Peter Bub was charged with 32 counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Police say the harassment occurred between June 14, 2017, and Nov. 29, 2017. Bub was located and arrested and was released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on Jan. 13.
