Westchester Officials Seek To Seize Vehicle Involved In Debris Dumping Officials are taking steps to seize the pickup truck of a man who was busted illegally dumping debris from the truck bed onto a city street. An officer from the Yonkers Police Department on patrol at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 22 near the intersection of Oak Street and Chestnut Street spotted Yonkers resident Sirlarry Washington, 33, removing debris from the bed of the pickup truck and depositing it onto the roadway.
