"Restaurant Week" will take place from Friday, July 23 through Sunday, Aug. 1. Participating businesses will offer specials for customers. Route 82 Closure Scheduled For Community Day In East Fishkill Route 82 will be temporarily closed for a short stretch on Saturday as the Town of East Fishkill prepares for Community Day parade. Each year, the Town of East Fishkill hosts a Community Day for local residents, complete with a parade, vendors, live music, classic car shows and other events geared toward families. This year, Route 82 will be closed from 2 to 2:30 p.m. between Trinka Lane and Church Street as the parade makes its way through the area.
