Here's When, Where You Can See Fireworks In Putnam Are you up for some major fireworks displays? In Putnam County, Kent and Southeast will have their annual pyrotechnic extravaganzas this weekend. Kent's fireworks display over Lake Carmel will begin about 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 30. In Southeast, festivities will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 1 with a live band performance. Fireworks will begin about 9:30 p.m. on Independent Way. The rain date for Southeast's fireworks extravaganza is Saturday, July 7.
