Pot-Smoking Mom Seen On Video Sharing 'Blunt' With Juveniles In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A Hudson Valley mother who was caught on video smoking marijuana while she was driving and allegedly sharing it with juveniles has been charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Ulster County resident Kayla M. Walls, age 39, of Saugerties, was arrested on Tuesday, April 4 for the incident which took place on Tuesday, March 25.
According to Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra, an investigation established that Walls took four juveniles, ages 12 and 13, for a ride in her car.

About a dozen minors, most from Greenwich, were found during a house party on Martha's Vineyard police believe was connected to a vandalism spree, according to the Vineyard Gazette.
Two teen males, 18-year-old Gavin Scott III of Greenwich and a 17-year-old whose name was withheld because he is a minor, were arrested and charged with damaging or defacing property, a felony, after smashed Christmas light bulbs, beer bottles and cans were found on front lawns Friday morning, Dec. 21 near the home at 86 North Water St. in Edgartown, police said. …
