Justin Rodriguez, who has worked for Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus since 2015 and was the director of communications for the county, will now be leaving his job, according to his attorney Chris Watkins. Speeding Driver Busted For DWI After Nearly Striking Officer In Area The tire of an allegedly drunk driver in Westchester deflated in front of an officer as he was attempting to deny speeding and striking a curb after he nearly drove into him, police said.
