Service, Viewing Scheduled For Frank Skartados, Hudson Valley Assemblyman A prayer service and viewing have been scheduled for longtime Assemblyman Frank Skartados, who died Sunday from pancreatic cancer. The viewing is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at DiDonato Funeral Services at 1290 Route 9W in Marlboro. A prayer service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Assemblyman Frank Skartados Hospitalized In Serious Condition Frank Skartados, longtime Assemblyman for the 104th District, has been hospitalized with a “serious illness” and is “not expected to recover,” according to his Chief of Staff, Steve Gold. Gold did not comment on the illness, but did say on Thursday that the circumstances are "very sad and that he is surrounded by family."
