The men, both from Queens, were arrested after Clarkstown police responded to the mall for a report of shoplifting, said Clarkstown Police Det. Sgt. Peter Walker. Man Nabbed For Prostitution, Drug Charges In Putnam Putnam County Sheriff's deputies nabbed a man for prostitution and drug charges following a traffic stop where he had two young women in the car. Leonardo Martinez, 42, of Elmhurst, was busted following a stop on Friday, Feb. 16,  when members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Bucks Hollow Road in the Mahopac area of the Town of Carmel.  During the stop, deputies determined that Martinez, who was accompanied by two females, 23 and 28, both of Queens, was operating the vehicle without a valid drivers license. …
