Teen Man Wanted For Stealing $1,490 Worth Of Items From Home Depot In Area New York State Police are searching for a teen who allegedly stole over $1,490 in merchandise from a Home Depot location.  The incident took place at a Home Depot on East Main Street in the town of Cortlandt, police said, and 19-year-old Elijah M. Garcia fled the scene in a black Nissan Altima with a possible license plate number of JJK3385.  Garcia's last known residence was near Lafayette Avenue in the Hunts Point area of the Bronx, police said. Lemons, 31, of Ossining, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 30, by New York State Police after they responded to a theft call around 8:30 a.m., at the Walmart on East Main Street, in Cortlandt, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Northern Westchester Clerk Cited For Selling Alcohol To Underage Youth A Northern Westchester gas station clerk was cited recently for selling beer to a 16-year-old who was assisting Westchester County Police with alcohol compliance checks at businesses that sell alcohol. The underage youth, under the supervision of county police, was sent into 17 stores in Cortlandt to attempt to buy a six-pack of beer. He was able to purchase beer on one occasion and was turned away at the other establishments.
