Store Clerk Charged In Area Underage Drinking Detail A 72-year-old store clerk has been charged following a New York State Police underage drinking detail in Dutchess County. New York State Police say they conducted plain-clothes checks of 20 retail locations throughout Dutchess County that serve alcohol on Saturday, July 20. This check resulted in the arrest of Veronica Casnocha of New Windsor an employee at Poughkeepsie Wine & Liquor (701 Main Street in Poughkeepsie), police say.
