Victor C. Spinelli, Sr., 81, Of White Plains
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Victor C. Spinelli, Sr., a White Plains resident, died on July 28. He was 81.
Spinelli was born on May 21, 1934 in White Plains to Anthony and Elena Spinelli, serving in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1957 and owning Victor's Italian American Deli in Stamford, Conn.
He was predeceased by his parents and seven siblings.
Spinelli is survived by his wife Marie, four children, Tony Spinelli, Joanne Gerardi and her husband Tom of New Canaan, Conn., Cindy Shea, and Victor Spinelli, Jr. of Brooklyn; and six grandchildren.

St. Clair M. Marshall, 96, Of Sleepy Hollow
SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – St. Clair M. Marshall, of Sleepy Hollow, died on Thursday, July 23. He was 96.
Marshall was born in October 1918 in St. George, S.C., attending the University of South Carolina and School of Law.
He served in the Navy during World War II, aboard the USS Swift Arrow in the Pacific. Afterf the war in the Port Director's Office in Shanghai.
Marshall moved to New York City to attend Columbia Business School, and worked for Price Waterhouse, Daystrom, Inc., NBC, North American Philips, and Chappell Music

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Brian D. Daly, of Scarsdale, died on July 26. He was 77.
Daly was born in Woodside, N.Y., to Timothy and Loretta ( Clark) Daly, and was an IBM executive for more than 40 years.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Timothy, and

Rose M. Tisi, 87, Of Dobbs Ferry
DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Rose M. Tisi, a longtime resident of Dobbs Ferry, died on Wednesday, July 28. She was 87.
Tisi was born in Ardsley to Giuseppe and Maria Perillo, attending local schools.
She worked at Crucible Steel in Manhattan, the Lincoln Farm Camp offices in Ardsley, and Abbott Union Free School District in Irvington, retiring as the secretary to the superintendent.
Tisi is survived by her two daughters, Linda Shevchuk and her husband Michael, Carol Savino and her husband Frank, and grandchildren Frank and Nicole.
