On Aug. 8 at 4:44 a.m., the Sheriff’s Department received notification from the White Plains Police Department that their officers had arrested Matthew D. Alacci, 29, of 2850 Clafin Avenue, the Bronx, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

During the arrest, the officers determined Alacci was the subject of an active bench warrant issued by the Town of Patterson Justice Court, ;police said. The warrant was issued after Alacci failed to appear in court to answer a charge of second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, for which he had been arrested and released in his own recognizance last August, police said.

If found guilty of the misdemeanor charge, Alacci faces up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
